ASAŞ, which began to make intense investments on information systems since 2011 to manage all production and management processes according to Industry 4.0, and firstly began to use SAP system in 2011 as Corporate Source Planning (ERP) software obtaining consultancy to manage all management processes through a corporate information system. 

ASAŞ launched Production Management Systems (MES) and Planning / Scheduling software projects in 2014 at Aluminium Flat Products Production Facilities, and as of 2017 started actual use. The Project, which operates as integrated, has end-to end automation at this dimension between the firms producing Aluminium Flat Products, creates dynamic route depending on the product and materials included in the order; provides immediate monitoring of production orders following these routes automatically. ASAŞ’s Project is the first in Turkey and among the limited projects in Europe.

ASAŞ took an important and big step by including Aluminium Extrusion, Aluminium Composite Panel and PVC Profile Production Facilities into the digital transformation process. Additionally, ASAŞ plans to commission CTM system as a Cloud service in order to manage the customer experience, and in the future to make investments intended for Business Intelligence and Big Data infrastructure in order to perform advanced analytics. 

ASAŞ aims to have the digital track of all data, all mails sent, all activities performed to be created and recorded by means of DIGIT ALL; to increase its efficiency with the help of the systems which shall produce information and values from this data; and to add value into the sector and the country’s economy by improving the service given to its business partners.
